HOW THE LEAGUE WORKS

Log opps, earn rewards, win the season

The format is simple. Register your eligible Commercial Sector opportunities in the ACE Portal and earn $500 for every 5 qualified* and shared ACE opps. Compete across four sprints, then go head to head in the Grand Final.

Identify eligible Commercial Sector opportunities and share them through the ACE Portal so they count toward the league.

Every 5 qualified and shared ACE opps earns $500. Keep logging across each sprint to grow your reward and your ranking.

Climb the table
Team standings are published fortnightly. Track your position, chase the leaders, and push for the Grand Final.

How points are weighted

Both the sprints and the Grand Final are scored on a 50/50 split, so volume and value both matter. Play a balanced game to top the table.

SEASON CALENDAR
Four sprints. One Grand Final.
The season runs across four sprint tournaments before the Grand Final. Standings are updated fortnightly throughout.
SPRINT ONE 15 June – 17 July
Season opener. Get your eligible opps logged early and set the pace.
SPRINT TWO 20 July – 21 August
Momentum builds. Keep the pipeline flowing and protect your position.
SPRINT THREE 24 August – 25 September
The mid-season push. Every qualified opp tightens the table.
SPRINT FOUR 28 September – 30 October
Final sprint before finals. Last chance to climb before the Grand Final.
GRAND FINAL 2 November – 11 December
Scoring shifts to launched opportunities. Convert your pipeline and finish the season on top.
THE RULES
How to make your opps count
To play, log your eligible opportunities in the ACE Portal. Every submission needs to meet the criteria below to qualify for the league.

  • Commercial Sector ACE opportunities only
  • Opportunities must be qualified and shared via the ACE Portal
  • $500 earned for every 5 qualified & shared ACE opps

Required on every submission

  • Include #awsopen in the Opportunity Name and/or Notes section
  • Tick "Yes" for 'sourced from marketing activity'

This incentive is eligible for Commercial Sector ACE opportunities only. Make sure your submissions meet this criteria to count toward your league standing.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prospecting League 2026
1. Promotion Overview
This Amazing partner incentive (“Promotion”) is offered by Tech Data Advanced Solutions (ANZ) Limited (“Tech Data”) to eligible partner organisations to encourage the creation of qualified opportunities aligned to campaign objectives.
2. Promotion Period
- The Promotion will commence on 15 June 2026 and close on 11 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- Any activities outside of this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to approved Tech Data ANZ partners.
- Participation is limited to opportunities within the Commercial sector only.
- Opportunities must be submitted and tracked through the approved systems and validated by Tech Data.
- Only Qualified ACE Opportunities (as defined by Tech Data and vendor criteria) will be counted.
4. Incentive Structure
- Partners will receive a $500 AUD gift card for every five (5) qualified ACE opportunities achieved during the Promotion Period.
- A maximum incentive cap of $2,000 AUD per partner organisation applies.
- Rewards will only be issued once validation and approval of qualifying opportunities has been completed by Tech Data.
5. Qualification Criteria
- Opportunities must meet all vendor and Tech Data qualification requirements.
- Opportunities must be legitimate, verifiable, and aligned to campaign objectives.
- Tech Data reserves the right to disqualify any opportunity that does not meet these criteria.
- Clear, objective rules and tracking must be maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
6. Reward Fulfilment
- Incentives will be issued in the form of gift cards (or equivalent).
- Gift cards and similar incentives must comply with applicable internal policies, including Gifts & Entertainment and anti-bribery requirements. [
- Rewards will be issued to the partner organisation (or authorised representative), not individuals unless otherwise approved.
7. Taxation and Compliance
- Any Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) or other applicable tax obligations arising from receipt of the incentive are the sole responsibility of the partner.
- By participating, partners acknowledge they are permitted to receive such incentives in accordance with their own corporate policies.
- Participants may be required to confirm acceptance of tax liability in line with regional compliance practices. 
8. Acceptance & Corporate Policy Compliance
- By participating, the individual confirms they are authorised by their employer to participate in this Promotion and receive incentives.
- Participants must ensure compliance with their own organisation’s internal policies regarding gifts, rewards, and incentives.
9. General Conditions
- Tech Data reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Tech Data’s decision regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward allocation is final.
- All activities must comply with applicable laws, vendor requirements, and Tech Data internal policies (including MDF and compliance guidelines).
10. Record Keeping & Audit
- Tech Data and partners must maintain accurate records of participation and outcomes for audit and proof-of-performance purposes.
- Supporting documentation may be required to validate claims.
