Details: The program, running from August 1st 2025 to December 31st, 2025, accepts deal registrations submitted within that timeframe. Payouts occur at the end of each quarter.

For some countries pre-paid cards are not available so merchandise or experiences are the only payout option.

Terms & Conditions

Qualifications:
  • To qualify within the "Forescout Gold Standard Partner Rewards" program, end user prospects must be “Net New” to Forescout or must be a product upsell/expansion opportunity within an existing Forescout customer.
  • Forescout Deal registration approval: Only applicable to partner seller. To qualify, Forescout must have approved a deal registration submission from the partner, with a resulting deal reg number, AND must have hosted a meeting (either remotely or in person) involving the Forescout account team and the end user decision making team.
  • Forescout POV: To qualify, Forescout must have issued a Forescout product licence key, the customer must have gone live with an installation AND the partner must either shadow or lead the proof of value process. In addition, there must also be a Forescout approved POV success plan, to include critical success criteria.
  • Forescout Purchase order: Only applicable to partner seller. To qualify, Forescout must have received a valid PO, which has then been processed and invoiced, and accompanied by a fully executed End-user License Agreement. 
Process:
  • To participate in the "Forescout Gold Standard Partner Rewards" program, partners must first register qualifying deals via the Forescout Partner Portal.
  • Partners must then make individual Forescout reward claims – for "deal registration approval", "proof of value" and "purchase order" - via the partner portal on the "Forescout Rewards" tab.
  • After deal registration approval, there is an expectation of providing weekly updates to the relevant Forescout account manager. Failure to do so may require in the subsequent rejection of the both the deal registration and all claims.
  • Claims will be processed on a weekly basis and sent in the post via Forescout Partner Portal.
Conditions:
  • Promotion date is 1st August 2025 to 31st December 2025
  • The "Forescout Gold Standard Partner Rewards" program expires 31st December 2025, and all claims must be submitted and approved by 11:59 pm GMT on 31st December 2025.
  • Total incentive/reward prize pool is $11,000 USD. First come first served.
  • Offer available to Australian and New Zealand resellers.
  • You must register your company to participate and accept the Program Terms & Conditions.

  • The program cannot be combined with other Forescout Partner Incentives.
  • The program replaces the "Fast Cash" program.
  • The rewards can be split between qualifying participants at Forescout & Tech Data's sole discretion.
  • Forescout & Tech Data reserves the right to modify pay outs and requirements. Claims are approved or rejected at Forescout's sole discretion.
 
  • By accepting "Forescout Rewards", the partner agrees to provide all information requested by Forescout, including tax information.
  • Eligible Certifications and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
  • Incentives/rewards will be paid to the authorised company representative that registered for the promotion. In the case of multiple registrations from the same company, senior management will be notified by the Tech Data Accounts team and details provided for qualifying opportunities for the internal company distribution of incentives/rewards along with the details of those that registered for the promotion.
  • Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebates or cash equivalent.
  • Tech Data offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty, or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in the Incentive/Rewards programs.
  • Winners are solely responsible for all country and local taxes, including applicable duties associated with reward acceptance.
