F5 XC - Introduction to Deployment Models and Services

In this half a day course attendees will:

Be introduced to the F5 Distributed Cloud Services platform.
Create proxy services for publishing and securing applications that are served by both public and private endpoints.
Explore the DNS, Observability, and CDN capabilities of the platform.

Gain an understanding of deploying proxy services to securely deliver an application with a public endpoint
Gain an understanding of viewing telemetry data and utilizing it to tune WAAP policies
Gain an understanding of how to deploy a site for providing connectivity to a private endpoint
Gain an understanding of DNS, Observability, and CDN

Gain an understanding of Multi-Cloud Networking (MCN) connectivity features (i.e. AWS, Azure, and Google)

F5 XC - Intro to Multi-Cloud Networking

In this half a day course attendees will:

Learn and understand about Network Connect and App Connect
Learn and understand when to use F5 Distributed Cloud Network Connect or App Connect to securely extend connectivity between multi cloud environments

Learn and get hands-on experience on lab environment that highlights some of the basic concepts of F5 Distributed Cloud Multi-Cloud Networking.

F5 XC - Advanced Bot Security

In this half-a-day course attendees will:

Review and explore more advanced services within F5 Distributed Cloud platform.
Learn and gain hands-on experience on Advanced Bot Security
Gain a deeper review & understanding of AI-driven Bot-Defence security, integration of Client-Side Defence (CSD), and enablement of additional visibility through Application Traffic Insight (ATI).

Gain a deeper understanding of key F5 Distributed Cloud security functions and controls
Gain an understanding of Bot-Defence, Client-Side Defence and Application Traffic Insight.

F5 XC - WAF/WAAP - Deeper Dive

In this half-a-day course, you will learn about:

Cloud Web Application Firewall concepts
Web Application and API Protection concept
Common application threats identified as OWASP top10
How these security threats can be mitigated by F5 WAAP
Configure, deploy, and manage the F5 WAAP with the help of some LAB sessions

The course includes lecture, hands-on labs, and discussions about the best practices for F5 WAAP deployments.
